
Here at Gordon-Rushville Middle School, our staff evaluated and then nominated students based on traits of being tolerant. Those traits were:
*Accepting others for who they are; students who share similarities and celebrate differences.
*Those who know how to compromise.
*Those who deal peacefully with anger and disagreements.

RES hosted an Escape Room Literacy Night! RES families had a blast going from room to room solving literacy puzzles and cracking the code to be able to leave the school! They also enjoyed a walking taco meal and of course everyone's favorite, the Scholastic book fair hosted by Mrs. Hardin. Fun was had by all!

📣 D-6 Cross Country Districts have been moved to Wed., Oct. 11, 2023. The move was made due to the weather forecast for 10/12/23.
The girls will run at 2:00 p.m., and the boys run at 2:45 p.m. at Pheasants Run Golf Course in Grant, NE.

Gordon-Rushville High School and Gordon-Rushville Middle School, in coordination with local law enforcement, will be hosting a presentation for students regarding the Dangers of Social Media on Monday, October 16. The presentation will be at the high school in the morning and the middle school in the afternoon. Forms with more information about the program and an option to opt your student out of the program if desired will be sent home to parents/guardians next week. Forms must be returned to the specific building office by the start of the school day on Monday, October 16, if a parent/guardian wishes to opt their student out of the presentation.
There will also be a presentation for parents and community members at the Gordon City Auditorium the evening of Monday, October 16, at 6:00 PM.
